Hi guys.. I just need to know if anyone else ever heard of this..

Maybe episode 6 of TSCC that Cameron will be doing ballet. I can only imagine a terminator doing ballet. Interesting huh? I guess Summer will be awesome in despite the endoskel.

Certainly would help! Right now, Summer is being wasted, and the whole show just isn't doing it for me.

What they REALLY must do is change the voice-over opening! I know there's a writers strike and all...but they are just WRONG with the opening....
"....Skynet sent machines back in time to kill my son, one to help him." That is just absurd & wrong!!! Skynet has never, will never, and would never send a machine back to HELP John Connor...right? Are these producers too detached from the Terminator story to understand that? And why not a ballet..makes about as much sense as anything else I've seen so far.

If Cameron is really going to dance in a scene of T:TSCC, this will, for better or worse -- most likely worse -- force another T:TSCC/Firefly comparison.

In Safe, when we see River dance, there is nothing contrived about it; no hint of some behind-the-scenes: "Hey! We've got an actress formally trained in ballet! Let's use that!"

Umnn...nope. Instead, it was one of many scenes where we see River starting to -- trying to -- emerge from the horrors of her past. On top of that, from the pilot, Simon has established that dance was one of the many areas in which River excelled. So it just feels natural, and is a nice moment to see River actually smile. You can see the joy flow from the ground up, all the way from her feet to her face, throughout her dance.

So...where does that leave us with Cameron? Will we see her dancing as only a machine could dance, with perfect technique and no emotion? And how the heck are the writers going to work either the need for her to dance, or the ability for her to dance, into a storyline? How will they do it convincingly without it seeming like they just had an actress with classical training in ballet, and wanted to show it off?

Urgh...I have a very bad feeling about this. I mean, don't get me wrong, I am enjoying T:TSCC, and especially Summer's portrayal of Cameron. I just hope the writers know what they're doing, for I've already had my suspension of disbelief stretched to the breaking point, and I'm afraid that "things are going to get much, much worse."

ECGORDON

There's no place I can be since I found Serenity.

I think you are mistaken. There has been talk of Summer doing a ballet film, but that is something she is working on with Joss, not for TSCC.
