I just saw this movie for the first time and can't imagine why the men didn't volunteer to go with her. I would have been at the head of the line.
Not the best film. The basic theme was repeated in the Mysterians. I found it easier to believe the Nyah A.K.A. Devil Girl then the Earthlings. They just seemed to jump from hysteria to "Oh this happens every day". Thr robot was so so, but the spaceship was one of the better ones I've seen and that is saying a lot considering this was made in the early fifties.
Patricia Laffan makes the film. Without her it would have been a complete dud. Just wish the writing was better.
