They (the Sci-fi channel) just ran the finale for Christopher Eccleston's Doctor Who #9 (on Friday nights)...and they are planning to run reruns for the next few months,
then I'm confident we'll get Tennant's Doctor Who # 10 next year, keeping US one year behind the UK

BTW Eccleston's are being released on DVD in the US in early July, but they are really expensive: $99 for retail (Amazon has them for $69 I think)
However netflix will have them....

I don't think they'll release the David Tennant Doctor Who until after it airs on the Sci-fi channel
