I am in desperate need of some songs relating to being rich or livin' it up. I'm doing a music video and I need to find the right song. Does anybody know any?

"If I Had A Million Dollars" by Barenaked Ladies. That's more about wanting to be rich than actually being rich, though.

You could go sarcastic, and use the Harry Connick Jr. cover of "The Bare Necessities" (a.k.a. Baloo's song from The Jungle Book). (I'm thinking of the music video that I saw years ago, with Connick strutting through a mansion, sipping champagne amongst the jewel-encrusted solid gold fixtures, with various servants and hangers-on attending to his every whim. It was funny.)

"If I Had A Million Dollars" was my first choice as well, but another one I always liked was this Simon and Garfunkel song off their Pet Rocks album called "Richard Corry". It's sung from the point of view from a factory worker about his employer who he envies for being rich. And the last lyric before the chorus is "So my mind was filled with wonder when the evening headlines read 'Richard Corry went home last night and put a bullet through his head.'"
