I used to wonder why Maniac is always whistling and strutting around. Now I know why.

I'm thinking I don't want to.

I had hoped no one would notice this latest attempt to publicly embarrass me, but alas...
Always the subject of Tash's tormenting jokes, I will soon be presenting you all with real pictures of his torture chamber basment and the ogre-like creatures he breeds there.

Hey, Succatash, "surreality" isn't a word... perhaps that's why your search came up dry... try 'surrealism' or 'surrealist.'

Oh, my God! Who's flying this thing? Oh, right, that would be me...

"brown coat elite"?

Does this mean that there are people who participate in the messageboards here (as opposed to the more common and mundane FF boards elsewhere) who are narcissistic, pseudo-intellectual, social maladroits with a compulsive need to both entertain and play a continual "one upmanship" with the other particpants as a way to connect and yet also maintain distance in a kind of an arrested adolescent behavioral loop?

'Cause if that's what it means... 's cool.

I'm new here, just wanted to be clear.

Happy to have a new name around to torment, 11thHour. We're definitely socially maladjusted, and juvenile here. Not much question about that. If I can find any way in which to knock Succatash down a peg, I will certainly do so. I wish more people would help me.

To join you in the fun, I would be happy to begin your torment by letting you know that your post was an incredible run-on sentence. One to be proud of. Okay, now it's your turn.

* sly smile *

Why thank ye kindly... 'twas rather pleased with my self indulgent run-on sentence if I do say so myself.

And if you've noticed, I just said so myself.

So why the extra posts to yourself? Multiple personalities kicking in again? >;-)

It's smart to make your extra personalities log under the same member name. Fewer passwords to remember!

Hello back there, FreeSoup.

Yes, it is rather pretty here and there is a somewhat different crowd... although there is some crossover from the OB. Of course the "different crowd" effect could be the result of a lot of alternate name stuff happening from OB folks... either from identity crisis issues, baggage from other forums, or Witness Protection Program constraints...

Me, I'm a refugee by choice. Needed to take a break from the "Board That Was"... wait... oh, it's the "Board That Was That Is Again", after an extra hearty helpin' of unpleasantness on a few threads.

So I came here to this exotic new land inhabited by strange (and I mean STRANGE) new people, who have different, fascinating customs, moving emoticons and the ability to add all sorts of elaborate paraphernalia to a post.

This place feels like "Rick's Cafe Americain" for me.

Then, of all the thread joints in all the forums in all the world wide web, you post into this one...

pssssst... the roulette wheel is not on the up and up...
