I love Robocop 3...sure it suffered from lack-O'-Weller, and the self-imposed non-R rating, but it had a solid story, and they did a LOT with a meager budget.
Plus, it had Basil Polidouris doing the score, as in the original!!!!

Nah, that was Robocop 2, an okay (if a little longish) movie itself, but mean in parts just to out-'HOLY S**T' the first one. It had nothing to say about the human spirit.
