...is in it. I've just found it on DVD, Takin' Over The Asylum. A 6-parter TV series from 1994. Never repeated, never released, FF-quality.

I loved it then, and it's every bit as good now.

Can't recommend this highly enough.

(Now if they could bring out "Tutti Frutti" and "Your Cheatin' Heart", I'd be sorted.

Good article, and a nice nod to te revival route you all know. Also, a pointer for those who wonder when it was that some genius took it into their head to test shows on focus groups, thereby condemning us to a diet of lowest common denominator blandness that the masses (are supposed to) love.
