OK, Tasha Yar.....everyone's favorite dead Star Trek security chief. She was given a second chance at life in
"Yesterday's Enterprise" when she went back through the time rift aboard the Enterprise C. But a recently uncovered tape shows that Tasha also went back in time to London, England, where she played bass in The Hullabaloos during the summer of 1965. She can be seen in the following video after the 47 second mark.

Not crack, it was the Pax. BTW, I failed to mention that the lead guitar player was in fact Dennis Hopper!

Sorry Rap...a much belated thanks to you. I totally forgot about this post after it fell off the page 5 months ago.
Here's another invasion band that may trigger some memories as well. Enjoy!

Thread self-bumped because AuRaptor said "That's awesome, for so very many reasons."

I'm dying to hear those reasons. Thanks.

Well, first and foremost, I busted out laughing when I saw 'Tahsa'. Dude looks exactly like her!

And while I'm far too young " remember " 1965, I do dig the early rock era videos. I am a huge Who/Beatles fan, and love to look at how they changed through that era, as well as other groups as well. ( The 'Stones, for the most part, can suck it )

But that's an excellent find. Props.

And, along similar lines, but sorta different, anyone who is familiar w/ college football, should recognize this coach's doppelganger...

( Unless you're a HUGE John Tesh fan, you can skip to the 2:40 mark, and watch 'Nick Saban' tear it up on the guitar. )

Rap, thanks for bringing this back with a response to my question. When I first saw it on a Hullabaloo dvd I couldn't believe it. I posted this thread and video one night after I watched the STNG episode and remembered the Hullabaloo clip. BTW, that dvd cost $10 on Amazon about 15 years ago. Now it's out of print, and selling for $80-100 on E-bay.

That Nick Saban thing is great! I actually remember John Tesch doing that show when he went from TV anchor to new age music guy. I also remember that he stole Connie Sellica away from Gil Gerard (Buck Rogers). And Saban showed some decent acting skills when he had a scene in The Blind Side.

Officially I loathe the man, but the clip is so gorram hi-larious, I can't help but LOL @ it.

( And I'm not talking about John Tesh )

Gotta give the man some props, for landing Connie Sellica.

MEOW !

Oh, and also, per the OP, the guy playing opposite of 'Tasha' looks a bit like a young Bruce Campbell. I'm a fan of his latest work, with Burn Notice, and just recently caught him in an episode of CHARMED. Too shiny !

Anyway, I thought I'd mention it.
