Talk about a psychopath, and to know if you have it right you would have to behead two living people. Who is going to volunteer for that?

OONJERAH

"Still, head transplantation could open up life-changing possibilities
for people with severe disabilities or who have experienced extreme
trauma. For example, paralyzed or quadriplegic patients with all their
mental faculties could regain all of their physical movement if their
heads were transplanted onto healthy bodies. And comatose patients who
have been pronounced brain dead but whose bodies are unimpaired could
wake up and walk again if they received a functioning new head."

Excuse me? "functioning new head"?
And here I supposed it was the old head = persona needing a new body.
Silly me.

Transplanting heads just to see if it can be done.
He's transplanted 1,000 mouse heads, & some of them lived for as long as
a day.
I'm assuming the transplant works for skin, blood vessels & muscle tissues.
The spinal columns ain't gonna connect ... so the creature is helpless.

Last I heard, Thgrri, in China, you don't need volunteers.

I think so.

See Larry Niven's The Long Arm of Gil Hamilton.

... oooOO}{OOooo ...

I've given up looking for the meaning of life. Now all I want is a cookie.

I thought that was a Frankenstein spoof.

and brainsplanting would differ from head replacement, or identity replacement.
