I don't think that map exists, yet.

You could draw a zig-zag path for Serenity's flight plan in the upper left corner for places from the movie: Lilac of the bank robbery, Beaumonde of the barroom brawl and the shipyard for rebuilding the wreck of Serenity, Haven for Book either dead or alive, Miranda, and Sygnus for Mr Universe either dead or alive. Even if it is somewhere on the map, I know not what planet Inara first meets the Operative in the movie, but I will guess it is the moon Arminius because it is close enough to Haven.

I am sorry.
I had planned to make a post of the itinerary, but not including a copy of the map. All of the maps I have seen have too many errors or conflicts with canon in them, so the individual fan needs to decide which canon is the actual canon they wish to abide.
I started one thread, but have not yet fleshed it out.

If you are not aware, references of Beaumonde being in Kalidasa, and traveling from Blue Sun to Kalidasa in less than a week create conflict. So beware.

I'm sorry I have not finished it. If you happen to browse through these threads and notice a reference which I have not yet transferred the info to the Itinerary thread, please post so I can make the addition. There are some locations which I have figured out, but now cannot find what I posted.
