So I got the book, volume one, "Gifted" yesterday. Graphic-y Goodness.

How to put this. ... DAMN!!!!!!!!!

Joss is, once again, the MAN, to the point where I may have begun to start doubting my own sexual orientation. "D'you have to get EVERYthing by the same author?" asked the cute girl at the bookstore. Three hours later, I had my snappy comeback: No. I do not own a copy of 'Speed.'

THIS book is worth buying. I'm not at all a comic guy, so my only experience with the X-Men is in the movies, the old Spider-Friends cartoon, and the occasional word-of-mouth from Geeks I Know. But this rules. Especially because I know who played Nick Fury in that one movie.

The smartest thing any human being could ever do, with the possible exception of discovering fire, might just be to ask Joss to do the third X-Men movie. Sheesh. When I saw Nick Fury, I'm all like, "Awesome, but if Spider-Man shows up, I'm gonna love him just a little more than either of us are comfortable with."

I'm really, normal, honest. It's posting under a handle that does it.
