By the way, I'm currently happy totally unconcious on the floor of the bay in the Tree, please no-body attempt to wake me up or anything, I'm using the weekend to clear out my wardrobe and bookshelves, and temporarily killing her off so that I don't spend all day(s) making up adventures for her. Adventures just seem to get her tortured, thank to a certain pilot that we wont name *cough*ath*cough* Its all fun and games until someone looses an eye.

But yeah, once I cleaned out all the dodgy clothes I don't know why I bought in the first place, spectacularly failed to throw out even a single book, and tried on every lipstick I own, then I'll let all the wannabe knights in shining armour know, and you can race to rescue me.

What? what are you pulling that face for? No-one want to rescue me? really? oh... *sniff* I guess i'll just stumble into the med bay on monday then.

Regardless, I'll see you guys, on monday. If I make good progres, I'll see you before that.

oh, don't come looking too soon, you got TWG snogging yer ear off, thats not to be sniffed at.

So progress report - I have a wardrobe, it even has shoes in the bottom. I had to part with a few pairs, but i'm being brave, mum boaught me carrot cake to help, which is why i'm having the mini-break.

I'm currently wearing three hats, and a green headscarf, I think its going to be this years version of the 8-shades of lipstick, though I havent reached my make-up box to sort out that yet. I should have done all this when I got the week off, but I didn't so now I have to fit it all into the weekend.

Ok, break for lunch, I cleared another cupboard, currently separating thing up into, 'has to go back into cupboard' 'Has to go elsewhare' (I appear to have a vast collection of picture frames, now all I need are pictures and hooks!) And 'have to bring myself to bin'

For somereason, my 'random' music player, keeps putting on 'The Blowers Daughter' by Damian Rice.

Its going to be a tough afternoon.

Well, bring hats to D*C, I may just spoil you. Added to the superfluous numder of hats is about sixteen (and counting) bracelets. I've lost my jewellry box under a pile somewhere.

Well, final progress report - doing much better than I expected (but I have hat-hair) I've cleared the cupboards out completely, I now have an actual wardrobe with all my hangy-up clothes in it (as opposed to hanging off the backs of doors, bookshelves and the picture rails) My magazine collections were whittled down to just one box, which is now on top of the wardrobe restraining the soft toys that I can't get rid of. I've cleared my desk, I've a pile of 'to charity' and another of 'to bin' and the charity is bigger than the bin, which is good. Tomorrow is Book Day. Its going to be bad, but i'll survive. Then If I do that quick enough, I shall confront Under The Bed (doom doom doooooooom!)

The miracle of all this is is that my bed is totally crap free, no piles of stuff, so i'm off to go curl up in it!

and you think people here do? We watched for ten miutes today as a car tried to get past our house (we live at the top of a hill, just as you pass our place, the hill get a lot steeper) Car full of people and not one of them thought to get out and try and push, let alone bounce the trunk or anything.

By the way, the whole of that ten minutes both my mom and I were having internal battles between our desire to go help and our instinct to Not Get Involved. Which is a good one, knowing the people in the car as we did. So we didn't just stand there and laugh at the car slipping sideways down the road again and again. Well there was giggling, but that came after the concern.

One of these days I'm going to live in an area where you are friends with your neigbours, or, at least, don't live in mortal fear of them.

Blah.

Snow! yippee! I wrote my name, made a snow angel, played with the dog (the dog loves snow we discovered, she actively 'gambols') The only bad point is that my niece is i'll with bad ears and can't go out and make snowmen, but fingers crossed that the snow out lasts her sore ear. poor thing.

Never mind, Final progress report _ I got another set of shelves sorted. The next task is to bring my heavy-ass costume tomes up from their shelf in the living room, so that my mom can have her shelves back. But I was laid low, and have spent much of the late afternoon on the sofa drinking apple juice and clutching Hot-dog (my, um, dog shaped hot water bottle cover, not too original I know)

So that is tomorrow after works task. But, all of my clothes are in one place, well two places, my shoes all together, my handbag collection is restrained, my work table mostly clear, and my bookshelves tidy, so i'm happy with the result.

Yey me.

I reckon Tree Seryn is about ready to come round and stumble off to be a bad patient at someone. Will think of something and post at some point.
