That's good news!

Now if only Chuck would get another full season as well.

[fingers crossed]

This, to me, was a no-brainer. Of course with Fox you never know.

Anna Torv is absolutely scrumptious (of course the ladies of Serenity are still number one in my heart, but I think I could squeeze in one more)

Go Dollhouse! Although I think it needs a Foxectomy and some minor overhauling. Perhaps a team on investigators trying to shut down the DH.
I'm just saying.

RIPWASH

The Season Finale last night was quite good! Lots of intriguing twists and the ending with Spock was very cool.

Select to view spoiler:

Peter being from the other "dimension" was a twist I absolutely didn't expect, but it did explain why he remembered nothing of his childhood that Walter often shared with him. The Peter from this dimension died as a child, so Walter went to the other dimension and brought back THAT Peter to ease his pain. Interesting. AND the ending with the other dimension never having been through the attacks on 9/11 was very cool. My wife didn't like the fact that they showed the WTC, but I think enough time has passed that it really brought home the fact that it was not OUR New York that Olivia was in anymore.

Possibly the other dimension did have a 9/11 analogue --note that the Obamas were moving into a new White House.

If the Observer allowed --or even abetted-- an interdimensional abduction, that'd certainly qualify him as an ally.

In fact, I'm now wondering what Alternaverse Walter is doing. Could he be the Big Bad, out to reclaim his son from "our" Walter? Perhaps he's avoided our Walter's mental breakdown and asylum-time --forcing Peter to choose between the broken old man and the idealized, loving father he's always wanted. . .

That does make sense now that you mention it. I just thought it might have been a reference to . . . I dunno. But not a 9/11 attack. But since the Towers are still standing in that world, then it would make sense that something else happened.

I like your idea about a more stable Walter or even . . . a BAD Walter. That would be creepifying, huh? But the instant they showed the headstone Walter was standing at, my eyebrows shot up. THAT was good television right there.

STOWEAWAY

I actually DID see the Peter twist coming. But hadn't thought about it since the beginning of the season.
When Peter first showed up, Walter kept asking him questions about his health. There seemed to be something going on there.
But then they had the story about The Watcher saving their lives from the car underwater and I figured THAT must be what makes Walter so preoccupied with Peter's existence.
Now we know the truth. Fabulous episode. I hope Nimoy has more screentime in season 2.

Good pick up on the alternate Walter. In thinking on it some, in the first few eps Peter told of a cold and distant father. Now it makes sense because Walter knows that he's not really his father, but a replica. Really good twist that I didn't see coming either.

It also brings to mind that Walter must know more than he's letting on about what he truly knows about Olivia. The 9/11 thing just means that something else happened to us, rather than the WTC thing, perhaps the Statue of Liberty or the Pentagon.

I also hope that Nimoy makes more guest appearrences.
