Does Anyone know what this is? I know the answer but from what I can tell is only a few people know what it is. It's not a good thing I'll tell you that right now though.

Well I suppose curiousity was the point of that question. My friends didnt think anyone else knew what that meant. Other believed it was just a provostagated word(provostagate=the word that my friend made up that means to make up words).
