They play the parents on Matilda,I'd totally watch a show with them in it, just because I love Matilda so much, one of the few times where the thing I experience second is better. I read the book first, then saw the movie. Book or movie, which ever thing I experience first is usually the one I like the best. But not this time.

I'm usually more of a book best person regardless of order. The only substantive exception being The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy where the definitive version is the radio series. The first series at least though the second goes in a rather different direction which is simultaneously not as good but totally awesome. Series three through five (adapting "Life, The Universe,and Everything" through "Mostly Harmless") are probably not as good as the books (though the ending to radio series five is a marked improvement.)

But aside from that one outlier case (and novelizations of movies which tend to really reek) give me a big fat novel to the two hour panoramic extravaganza.

I've been working six day weeks for a while now so while I had meant to do something I was too exhausted after work to get up to much - particularly with the short turnaround to the Monday blues.

Plus it's been freakishly warm where I am so drinking stout (green or otherwise) in any kind of quantity would be hard. It's much more of a cold weather beverage.

This morning being the morning that is this I find myself at a place that is familiar yet strangely strange.
