KPO

Sometimes you own the libs. Sometimes, the libs own you.

Here's my results, -7.74 Libertarian:

http://www.politicalcompass.org/printablegraph?ec=8.88&soc=-7.74

Not a great effort - Auraptor might've beaten me! Maybe I could have been more slow/careful, but the pressure was off.

As it is, I win by the two sweetest words in the English language:

DE-FAULT! DE-FAULT! DE-FAULT!

(Simpsons quote )

It's not personal. It's just war.

Well, actually it'd show who is closer to what politicalcompass.org thinks a libertarian is.

That's why I left the suggestion of the test to others (I suggested Anthony), and suggested a selection of tests for a comprehensive result. I would've let Auraptor choose the test to be honest (provided he didn't craft it himself). As I said to Aurap in the other thread, if we take a selection of tests and I beat his Libertarian score again and again, that destroys his theory that I as a Brit can't fathom and understand his Libertarian views.

I played four times and put my results in the four corners of rhe Auth/Lib/left/right square.

Smarty-pants.

It's not personal. It's just war.

Is Titus Pullo around as well?

Rome is I think one of my top 5 all-time favorite shows. I so love the conceit of history turning around two totally unknown characters :).

Sorry for off-topic rant, had to respond to a chihuahua names Lucius Vorenus

Hello,

Titus Pullo, sadly, is no longer with us. We got them as a pair. One blonde, one dark. I suspect (but cannot prove) that a bird of prey made off with Titus from the back yard. We only know that there was a loud frightened yelp, and when we rushed back there, Lucius was trembling scared and Titus was gone. Like vanished. We never let Lucius out back alone after that.

In memorium of Titus Pullo....

THIRTEEN!

oldenglanddry, KPO - do they server popcorn in British cinemas? Is it salty or sweet?

Yes, and either. A friend of mine orders both mixed together. Popcorn's always damned expensive at the cinema though, as that's how they make their money - and maybe also because we don't grow corn here.

It's not personal. It's just war.

Very sad to hear about Titus, that must have been harsh to go thru, especially for poor Vorenus.

*Thirteen!*
has been my macro war/victory chant in almost any competitive game I play online, from axis and allies to World of Tanks to Dota.

So many people respond to it.

Loved loved loved that scene! I dont know why Kevin McKidd hasnt gotten more big-time acting spots after his failed show or two, but Ill watch damn near anything that Ray Stevenson is in.

Gettin' old, but still a hippie at heart...

As to popcorn being expensive at the theaters, EVERYTHING you could possibly consume is outrageously expensive at the theaters and I, too, believe that's how they make their profit! I always smuggled in a small bottle of ice tea and something sweet--a couple of times an entire lunch, sandwich, chips, etc.

I never eat popcorn because I only ate it at the movies and I don't go to the movies anymore. Even bargain matinees or senior citizen prices are too much for me. I wait until movies come around to netflix.

As to Rap, I never expected him to take the bait in the first place; at least he left out personal nastiness, which is the most I could ever hope for.

Ah - Lucius Verenus. I have such a crush!

Well, KPO kicked my ass. I got -5.79 on the Libertarian scale. But then, unlike *some* here, I'm well aware of my political ignorance.

At least I'm man enough to admit, though I'm in possession of two ovaries and no balls. Unlike some here, who seem to lack any kind of plumbing, indoor or outdoor. Socks don't come with those parts.

ETA: In a pinch, smartfood does it for me. I prefer all-out cheddar cheese popcorn. Although, the shit stuck in my teeth is annoying so I'd rather settle in with chips/salsa/cream cheese.
