Actually, Obama is using the presidential weather machine as part of a double-blind fall-back plan in case he loses the election.

Thus.

- Create the Hurricane and direct it at the Northeast a week before the election.

- Suggest to the State governments that early and absentee voting be suspended during the storm and its aftermath.

- If the Democratic ticket wins, do nothing.

- if the Republican ticket wins, plant the machine in a Romney for President office in Atlantic City (ETA: With a tag saying "Dear Mitt. Use it if you need it. George B.") and tip off the FBI.

- Claim that the Democrats lost the election because their supporters could not early or absentee vote due to the machinations of Romney creating Sandy.

- Demand a new election.

- Have Sen. Pelosi delay the Senate Intelligence Committee investigation of the Benghazi consulate attack until after the new election.
