No. It's not.

There is zero evidence you could EVER possibly provide to debunk it.

Firefly depends on the "existence" of (1) artificial gravity and (2) a unique arrangement of 5 main stars plus dozens of planets in Joss Whedon's imagination. There is no possible way for me to debunk (1) or (2), proving to 6ix that neither can exist outside Joss' mind. Also impossible is debunking 6ix's fiction about the election, proving that the fictional election story could not exist, except in 6ix's imagination.

All you would need to do to debunk this is to prove to me that people won't cheat when it's A) easy, B) they feel justified and C) they know they won't get caught.

When you're able to do that, get back to me. Until then, shut the fuck up please.

I'm not surprised that JD Vance is angry poor white trash, but he is also so much more than the typical Trumptard:

Trump’s VP believes in ‘regime change’

https://attentiontotheunseen.com/2024/07/15/j-d-vance-believes-in-regi
me-change
/

Sen. J.D. Vance (R-OH), Donald Trump’s new choice for vice president, said that, had he been vice president in 2020, he would have carried out Trump’s scheme for the vice president to overturn the election results. He has fundraised for January 6 rioters. He once called on the Justice Department to open a criminal investigation into a Washington Post columnist who penned a critical piece about Trump. After last week’s assassination attempt on Trump, he attempted to whitewash his radicalism by blaming the shooting on Democrats’ rhetoric about democracy without an iota of evidence.

He’s a big fan of Patrick Deneen, a Notre Dame professor who recently wrote a book calling for “regime change” in America. Vance spoke at an event for Deneen’s book in Washington, describing himself as a member of the “postliberal right” who sees his job in Congress as taking an “explicitly anti-regime” stance. It rejects pluralism, as well as conservatives’ traditional emphasis on limited government, arguing that a strong central government should endorse a socially conservative vision of morality and enforce that vision in law. In contrast to the “national conservatism” that’s also gaining traction on the populist right, Deneen’s vision of conservatism is also skeptical of nationalism, which the postliberals view as a byproduct of the liberal order.

“It’s not that any of us is anti-nation, but there has to be something both less than and more than the nation,” Deenen told me — local communities rooted in specific places and trans-nation communities rooted in a specifically Catholic notion of universal humanity.

Deneen argues that this version of conservatism will eventually come to replace liberalism as America’s governing philosophy through a process that he calls “regime change.” But as is often the case with Deneen, he is frustratingly coy about what “regime change” actually entails or how it will unfold. In his latest book, he argues that regime change will require “the peaceful but vigorous overthrow of a corrupt and corrupting liberal ruling class,” making way for a new, postliberal order in which “existing political forms remain the same” but are informed by “a fundamentally different ethos.” This new regime will be “superficially the same” as the current political order, but it will be led by a new class of conservative elites who share the values of non-elites and govern in their interests.

You will be amazed at the far reaching schemes of Trump’s future VP J.D. Vance and Professor Patrick Deneen! These ambitious fellows have sweeping plans for everyone! No detail escapes their attention. Everything changes which is why they call it “Regime Change”. Clever nomenclature that doesn’t sound sinister in the least.

31. He was baptized into the Catholic church in August 2019. At the time, he credited his conversion to his exposure — via Thiel — to the writings of the French philosopher René Girard, whom Thiel studied under at Stanford University. Girard is most famous for his theory of “mimetic desire”: that human beings imitate the desires of their peers, ultimately giving rise to rivalries and violent conflicts that are resolved by “scapegoating” a common enemy.

32. Among his other current intellectual influences, Vance has cited the conservative localist Rod Dreher, the reactionary blogger Curtis Yarvin and the “postliberal” Catholic philosopher Patrick Deneen, author of “Regime Change”.

Having been raised Catholic, none of this scares me. And we DO need a different ethos than our current one. I've argued that myself. Bc our current ethos of extreme individualism, consumerism, and greed, is taking us no place where we want to be.

We can argue about where we need to go, but "here" is destroying America.

Was “Hillbilly Elegy” ever good, or did J.D. Vance snow us?

What I’ve always remembered most clearly from J.D. Vance’s bestselling memoir, 2016’s Hillbilly Elegy, is its scorching descriptions of the lies that the working-class rural white Americans he grew up among tell themselves. An account of his chaotic and often perilous upbringing among people with roots in Appalachia, and of his seemingly miraculous climb out of that morass and into Yale Law School, Vance’s book hit at the most opportune moment. Many middle-class Americans were reeling after the election of Donald Trump and wanted some insight into what had possessed people like Vance’s relatives and sometime neighbors to vote for him. (But not Vance himself, of course! In 2018 he wrote an afterword to Hillbilly Elegy noting that he’d voted third party in 2016.)

Now that Vance stands a good chance of becoming vice president, the saga of his journey out of poverty, violence, and despair makes an even more dramatic story, though not one, I suspect, Vance would presently care to revisit. All the qualities that made Hillbilly Elegy one of the best books I read in 2016—its brutal honesty, its challenges to the self-delusional and self-defeating aspects of hillbilly culture, its mournful ambivalence about the identity he’s only partially left behind—have been shamelessly jettisoned by Vance for the sake of his political career. Not least of these is J.D. Vance’s belief that Donald Trump could become “America’s Hitler” and is a supplier of “cultural heroin”—the latter no small jab from a man whose mother’s narcotics abuse tore up his childhood.

There's not that much wealth in the world
A little-understood fact.

By Noah Smith | Jul 13, 2024

https://www.noahpinion.blog/p/theres-not-that-much-wealth-in-the

The world’s total net wealth was estimated at around $454 trillion in 2023. That sounds like a really huge number. It’s almost five times as big as world income (GDP) in that same year, which was around $105 trillion. For the U.S. alone, wealth was $140 trillion and income was $27.4 trillion, which again is about a 5 to 1 ratio.

Is that a lot? If this were your family, having savings worth 5 times as much as your annual income would be pretty good. The median American family has a net worth only about 2 times as large as the median family income. If you could live off of your savings for 5 whole years without working, that would be pretty good! But on the other hand, it isn’t anywhere close to being able to retire.

This is why despite what some silly people say on social media, confiscating rich people’s wealth wouldn’t be nearly enough to fund the government. Here’s a useful tweet:

Chris Freiman @cafreiman
Your periodic reminder that the government could seize all of American billionaires’ wealth and it wouldn’t be enough to fund its spending for a single year
4:16 PM • Jul 9, 2024 • 303.3K Views
https://x.com/cafreiman/status/1810815193670373482

Freiman is correct. The wealth of America’s billionaires was estimated at around $5.2 trillion in 2023, while federal government spending was about $6.4 trillion. Confiscating every last penny from Jeff Bezos, Elon Musk, and all the other billionaires wouldn’t fund the U.S. government for one year. And of course you could only do it once.

There’s really just not that much wealth in the world.

The most self-destructive idea both Trumptards and Russians harbor in their little heads is that they are natural-born winners. God loves them and made them winners, they believe! They have a weakness for claiming victory before they have done the planning and work of achieving victory. Once they aren't as victorious as they imagine deserving, they get bitter, depressed, and angry. They drink to ease the pain. Then they search for a scapegoat rather than blame themselves for their personal inadequacies and lack of effort.

The headline speaker at the Republican National Convention was Teamsters president Sean O'Brien and I felt like I'd been catapulted into a mirror universe.

He took direct aim at big corporations. They cheat and prevent workers from organizing. Big cheers. Amazon refuses to negotiate. Big cheers. We need to do away with right-to-work. Big cheers. The Business Roundtable and the Chamber of Commerce are the enemy. Big cheers. Unions are the only organizations that protect ordinary workers. Big cheers.

And I'm sitting there wondering: do these people on the convention floor know that they're Republicans? Because this is all stuff that Republicans have fought tooth and nail for decades. Organized labor is bad. The Chamber of Commerce is good. Freedom from union bosses is part of the Ten Commandments.

But no matter. They cheered for everything O'Brien said anyway. It was eerie. Do Republicans in the era of Trump even have any idea what their party will continue doing to unions after the election?

There were more MAGA celebrities inbound, with gaggles of giddy convention attendees lined up to take selfies with them. And as I continued to navigate the convention on its first day, the excitement remained in the air. People dutifully condemned Democrats—who were described as all-powerful but also somehow feeble and inept—and the shooting if I asked. But each time I got the slight sense I was ruining the vibe a little bit. More than once, people around me broke into chants of “U-S-A!” with laughter and the easy confidence of people who think they have this thing in the bag. Whatever horrors the weekend had brought, they were ready to party.

That's because we represent optimism, and anytime Aymann Ismail has been to a Democrat rally or convention all they do is whine and bitch and complain and figure out what they need to do to destroy everyone's lives and make us all slaves to the Government system.

We are the good guys. The history books will ultimately show that too.

We all thought that there might be a fight one day against the oppressors, but it would appear that they're so inept and hubristic that they're going to just destroy themselves for us.

All those union guys aren't thinking about what's going to happen to them after Trump is elected.

All they're thinking about right now is how fucked they were from 3.5 years of Joe Biden*, and they're just as aware as anybody else is how bad the Legacy Media has been lying about the economy and how people are doing this whole time.

Yeah. I agree that I'm disappointed with the VP pick.

Before Saturday I would have thought it was a huge mistake since Vance won't attract any new voters to the ticket. After Saturday it doesn't matter though. They could have picked somebody as stupid as Kamala Harris and still win in a landslide.

You didn't click on the article. Here is a small sample from it:

During his term in office, Trump, again and again, sought to paint he and his supporters as the richest, smartest and the best. Here’s one riff from the campaign trail in 2018:

“I meet these people they call them ‘the elite.’ These people. I look at them, I say, ‘That’s elite?’ We got more money, we got more brains, we got better houses, apartments, we got nicer boats, we’re smarter than they are, and they say they’re elite? We’re the elite. You’re the elite. We’re the elite.”

“So I said the other day, let’s keep calling these people—and let’s face it, they’ve been stone-cold losers, the elite, the elite—so let them keep calling themselves the elite,” he continued. “But we’re going to call ourselves—and remember you are indeed, you work harder, but you are indeed smarter than them—let’s call ourselves from now on the super-elite. We’re the super-elite.

Trump, as Vance rightly notes, filled a void for lots and lots of voters. He gave them something to believe in – and, maybe even more importantly, someone to be against (“the elites”).

Vance’s past comments make his transformation into a Trump-endorsed candidate for Senate all the more remarkable – and transparent. Vance understands the roots of Trump and Trumpism. And the hucksterism that sits at the heart of it.

For the record, I've always thought JD Vance was a piece of shit.

I'm not surprised at anything that little weasel said in 2016 (or the fact that paid liars at CNN are currently blowing the guy for things he said almost a decade ago now).

I'm going to have to know more about this choice before I make any more judgement about it than that. I don't understand the decision from really any vantage point that I look at it from. If it added any new voters to the ticket it might make some sort of sense, but JD Vance doesn't do that any more than Vivek Ramaswamy would, even though I would have been fully on board with a Vivek announcement despite that fact.

I seriously thought it was only a joke or pure bullshit whenever his name would come up as a potential nominee.

I think the only reason he was announced now is because of the Assassination Attempt from the Alt-Left. I don't think that choice would have been made before Saturday and a Trump Presidency virtually became a sure thing.

Trump will be fine.
He will also be your next President.

Trump picked JD Vance because JD understands Trumptard psychology exactly the same way as Trump does. JD's only error was to explain the psychology, but that will make no difference because Trumptards don't click links and won't understand what is going on. They don't even know that Trump is a huckster despite Trump showing them what he is over and over.

So OOC, why is that?
Not looking to pick a fight, I have ZERO opinion of him. I just really want to know your thoughts.

I did hear an interesting take on what that might mean, bc since Trump won't be able to run again, if Trump is successful then his VP has a huge leg up on being the next President. If ...IF... Trump is thinking about his legacy, then Vance might be it.

A large part of it is the bullshit that Second is digging up on CNN right now. Vance spewed quite a few of the Legacy Media's lies about Trump.

I'm sure Trump remembers it, so I'm curious as to why Trump would make this pick or how that water went under the bridge, to be honest.

I don't want to specifically bring up any other gripes with him because they're all largely forgotten by now. I haven't even heard Vance in the news much since before last election, and good luck using Google in its current form to find ANYTHING within a specific time frame. You look up "J.D. Vance" in quotes on Google and put the window from 01/01/2016 to 12/31/2020 and the only results you're going to get are about him being Trump's pick or about his Hillbilly book, even though I'm quite certain that Trump didn't pick Vance as his VP within that window. Back in 2023 I could have easily found all the dumb shit that Vance has said over the years, but Google intentionally broke itself so nobody can every look up anything that mattered historically again.

JD Vance paid more income taxes than Trump has. JD wrote his books and earned his fortune. In contrast, ghostwriters wrote Trump's books and Trump's father gave little Donald a billion dollars. JD's autobiography was made into a serious movie. Trump's movie? Home Alone 2: Lost in New York and Unfit: The Psychology of Donald Trump. JD was a Marine while Trump was a draft dodger. But since Trumptards don't click links they don't know that.

Yeah. I had a great laugh when I saw Nate's broken bullshit model yesterday.

The fact that Biden*'s chances have actually gone up by 5 points since before Debate night with an attempted assassination in between just shows how broken and meaningless this is, and once it fails miserably in November it will be scrapped and will never see the light of day again.

Battleground state totals today:

Arizona: Trump +5.7
Nevada: Trump +5.0
Wisconsin: Trump +3.0
Michigan: Trump +1.3
Pennsylvania: Trump +4.5
Georgia: Trump +3.9
North Carolina: Trump +5.4

New Hampshire: Biden +3.0

Of the original 7 Battleground states, Trump is up so many points it's outside of the margin of error on every one of them besides his +1.3 in Michigan, and the +3.0 in Wisconsin is a borderline lock with the way winds are blowing.

Virginia is now solidly in play for Trump, and New Hampshire and Minnesota aren't far behind.

You will want to click on J.D. Vance's plan to fire everybody in government and replace them with Trumptards.

J.D. Vance’s radical plan to build a government of Trump loyalists

“Fire every single midlevel bureaucrat, every civil servant in the administrative state, replace them with our people.”

By Andrew Prokop | Jul 17, 2024, 11:03 PM CDT

https://www.vox.com/politics/361455/jd-vance-trump-vice-president-rnc-
speech

That was no idle talk. To an extent unusual for a politician — and perhaps because he hasn’t been in politics very long — Vance is interested in big ideas. He’s been deeply influenced by thinkers on the movement known as the New Right, who want to seize and transform societal institutions they believe are dominated by the left.

A big part of that would involve a restored President Trump purging any resistance to him, or checks on his power, from the executive branch. Vance is deeply committed to the project of seizing institutions away from the left

Trump has long had figures in orbit urging him to act to remake the executive branch, such as Steve Bannon, who called for “deconstruction of the administrative state” at the start of his brief White House tenure. In the chaos of Trump’s first term, such plans didn’t get very far at first. Trump grew increasingly frustrated by what he viewed as resistance to his agenda among permanent federal employees and his inability to get “loyal” people in place.

Meanwhile, younger conservatives on the outside of the administration — like Vance — were wondering why President Trump was struggling to enact his agenda and grappling with the leftward movement of the nation on social justice issues. Many of them gravitated toward explanations offered by writers on the New Right.

The New Right put forth an institutional theory for why conservatives couldn’t get what they wanted. Per this theory, the left had ultimate power due to their control of important institutions, from the media and academia to tech companies and the federal bureaucracy. The task ahead for the right was to fight for and seize control of these institutions.

One particularly extreme New Right thinker is the blogger Curtis Yarvin, whom I profiled in 2022. Yarvin has argued that a new right-wing president should “Retire All Government Employees” — fire them all — and rebuild the government anew. (He also supports toppling American democracy and replacing it with a monarchy.)

Vance cited Yarvin approvingly during that podcast appearance in which he discussed how Trump should fire “every civil servant.” He said: “There’s this guy, Curtis Yarvin, who has written about some of these things.”

Nearly two-thirds of Democrats say President Joe Biden should withdraw from the presidential race and let his party nominate a different candidate, according to a new poll, sharply undercutting his post-debate claim that “average Democrats” are still with him even if some “big names” are turning on him.

The new survey by the AP-NORC Center for Public Affairs Research, conducted as Biden works to salvage his candidacy two weeks after his debate flop, also found that only about 3 in 10 Democrats are extremely or very confident that he has the mental capability to serve effectively as president, down slightly from 40% in an AP-NORC poll in February.

My opinion of Biden? His campaign is sunk if he keeps appearing on TV while drunk. Who does he think he is? Is he Boris Yeltsin, famous for being intoxicated in public? Boris put Putin into power. Biden, with his wrong words and word-slurring tipsiness, is putting Trump into power. If Biden can't maintain a sober appearance, the squinting old mumbling stutterer should resign. If Trump can't stop being a fat old glutton addicted to speed and lying, he should quit, too, replaced with J.D. Vance. https://www.google.com/search?q=Trump+Lies

People with memory loss do not remember the Iraq War the way it happened.

I watched J.D. Vance's speech at the Republican convention. Towards the end, Vance reeled off a list of terrible things Biden had done, and one of them was that he supported the Iraq War. This earned Biden a big round of boos. Boos! From Republicans! But back in the day, Republicans were the ones who drove us to war. They favored it by 84% to 14%, a net favorability of 70%. This was the era of freedom fries and aluminum tubes. It was gonna be shock and awe against Saddam Hussein, and it was fashionable among Republicans to accuse anyone who opposed the war of treason and soft-headedness.

Now, 20 years later, here is J.D. Vance at a Republican convention blaming it all on "Joe Biden and the elites." I have to say, I was shocked and awed.

You referring to yourself, or Biden?

Bc I remember exactly how it happened:

The roulette wheel of propaganda points -

9-11!
Terrorist training camps!
Aluminum tubes!
Yellowcake!
Saddam massacring his own people!
Bioweapons!
Mushroom cloud!

- until the Bush Admin settled on "east, west, north, south somewhat of Baghdad" and drove out the UNMOVIC weapons inpsectors with our bombing.

I also remember that many Dems ... BIDEN INCLUDED ... voted to authorize funds for the war. And that includes Dianne Feinstein, Hillary Clinton, John Kerry, and Chuck Schumer.

In any case the Biden of yesterday IS NOT THE BIDEN OF TODAY.

Today's Biden* isn't deciding anything. (See below) His role is to ink whatever the neocons put in front of him, and to sit on the White House Porch and be a belligerent old man, shaking his fist and yelling "Get off my sidewalk!"

Another Biden moment of Oh Please, Dear God, Make it Stop

Quote:

Joe Biden glitched hard whilst trying to pander to black voters, forgetting the name of his own Secretary of Defense, Lloyd Austin, and instead referring to him as "the black man."
Then, struggling to remember any black person's name, he whips out Supreme Court Justice "Ketanji Brown" who Biden nominated.

"And so, it's all about, it's all about treating people with dignity. It's about making sure that—look. I mean, for example, look at the heat I'm getting because I named uh, the secretary of defense, the Black man, I named Ketanji Brown, I mean, because of the people I've named."
...
In 1977, Biden said that forcing schools to desegregate schools with bussing programs would cause his children to "grow up in a racial jungle."

And of course, Biden referred to Barack Obama as "the first mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean and a nice looking guy."

https://www.zerohedge.com/political/black-man-ketanji-biden-lost-racia
l-jungle-his-own-mind

Poor guy, he's toast, politically.

And any more examples of Biden going off the rails is just eldrr abuse.

If I don't post any more of these exquisitely painful Biden moments, it isn't because they aren't happening, but at this point I feel sorry for him.

Any further discussion of Biden as the nominee is pointless. If he doesn't step aside, he'll be assassinated via Covid.

The entire Democratic Party is ripping itself apart, just like I always said it eventually would.

Obama wants Biden* to drop out. Biden* and his Administration are furious over Obama's calls for Biden* to drop out, "especially while he has Covid".

"Squad" members are being removed from office at the ballot box. AOC is taking a Neo-Lib/Clintonista stance on Gaza.

Fetterman sounds like a straight up Republican these days.

California is going to lose all its Musk money after idiot Newsom passed legislation that bars school districts from forcing their teachers to "notify a child's parents about a gender identification change". Others will follow suit if they haven't already left because of taxes and affordability.

Meanwhile, Trump is just easy like Sunday morning.

Just look at that Mona Lisa smile....

That's the look of a man who's no longer worried about anything.

Every single one of the idiot Democrat's plans to derail Trump's Presidency twice has not only failed, but they've backfired bigly.

Your party is so fucking inept they can't do anything right. Cheating is the only thing they're good at, and they've stuffed their ranks so full of double-digit trash DEI personnel that they can't even do that right anymore.

And the world that the college "educated" white people thought they were living in no longer exists.

Time to grow up, fucktards.

A realistic look at a second Trump term

How dangerous would a second Trump term be? The conventional wisdom says that after learning his lesson during his first term, Trump would be unleashed in a second term to do anything he wants with no one to push back against him. Maybe so. But I've never been too sure about this. For starters, keep in mind the three main things that motivate Trump:

• Appearing tough and getting the best in negotiations.

• Retribution against those who have laughed at him (elites) or who caused him real or perceived harm.

• Flapping his mouth and always being the center of attention.

Given all this, what is Trump likely to do in a second term? I'm reluctant to confess this, but my take has long been that it won't be a lot worse than his first term. Let's break this down by all the actions he might take. These are in no particular order:

1. Stop aid to Ukraine. He might. A lot of Republicans would be on his side, and he's always been mad at Zelenskyy over the events surrounding his first impeachment.

2. Appoint lunatic cabinet members. Yes, to some extent. But even a Republican Senate full of loyalists will place limits on this.

3. Build the wall. This makes him look tough, so he'll probably do it. Republicans prevented this in his first term but won't in a second term. However, although this is a waste of money, it's not likely to do lasting harm.

4. Deport 20 million illegal immigrants. This is big talk, like "Mexico will pay for it." But it's not feasible. It would require enormous manpower and enormous expenditures, and even at that it wouldn't work. What's more, the business wing of the party would fight hard against it. hi the end, Trump might beef up ICE, but not a lot more.

5. Place 10% tariffs on everything from everybody. It's unclear what Trump really wants to do on tariffs, but the maximal version isn't workable. National security goes only so far as a justification, and Trump is bound by treaty obligations just like any other president. I wouldn't be surprised if he tightened tariffs on China, but not much more.

6. Appoint lots of conservative judges. Yep.

7. Cut taxes on businesses and the rich. Yep.

8. Kill the Inflation Reduction Act. He might very well try to do this. It's a signature Biden initiative, so it would fit his retribution motivation, and green spending is unpopular among Republicans.

9. Tell the Justice Department to indict his political opponents. This is mostly big talk, used as a campaign device. Once he wins, he won't really care that much.

10. Tell the Justice Department to end its cases against him. Absolutely yes.

Donald Trump talks for 90 minutes, says two true things

I ended up watching most of Donald Trump's endless speech tonight, and it was remarkable. I mean, the guy not only promised immediate peace and prosperity worldwide, he literally said he was going to cure cancer and Alzheimer's if he was elected. I'm not making that up.

I feel sorry for the poor reporters assigned to fact check the speech. What's the point? As near as I could tell, virtually every single thing he said was false. Oh, it's true that Don Jr. is his son and J.D. Vance is his running mate. But on major policy points I only counted two that were actually true:

1) Wages grew under his administration. That's true—though not as fast as they did in the four previous years under Barack Obama. (Note that the chart below ends in January 2020 so I'm not counting COVID against him.)

2) China took away a lot of American manufacturing jobs. That's also true, though it happened in the noughts and ended about 15 years ago.

Most of Trump's lies were just the usual stuff that goes back to 2016, though there are a few new ones that I haven't been able to puzzle out. He repeated yet again his claim that Joe Biden wants to raise taxes 4x, which is obviously absurd—but where does it come from? The only thing I can find is that apparently Biden has tossed out the idea of quadrupling the tax on stock buybacks from 1% to 4%. I suppose that must be where it wormed its way into Trump's brain. Maybe? https://tax.thomsonreuters.com/news/proposed-4-percent-tax-on-stock-bu

/

Aside from that it was just falsehood after falsehood. Quite an impressive performance in its own way. And his themes were pretty much the same as they've been since 2016: illegal immigration, crime, illegal immigration, trade deals, illegal immigration, American energy, and illegal immigration. Plus his odd ongoing assertion that we're on the brink of World War III. All in all, it was more weird than anything else. Joe Biden may be declining mentally, but Trump's brain worms continue to eat away at him too. I wonder if he even knows what consensus reality is like anymore?

No.

In America, our "leader" is a mindless meat popsicle that can't stand for more than 2
minutes or string a couple of coherent sentences together without a megadose of adderall.

We're going to fix that in November.

It was particularly jarring to hear JD Vance talking down to Appalachians and working-class households in ways that he likely would have found insulting before ambition snuffed out his ability to feel shame. All his previous talk of responsibility and initiative was gone, replaced by images of a heartland full of victims, a Norman Rockwell world now inundated with fentanyl and cheap Chinese electronics by Washington’s scheming elites.

Through it all, you could almost hear the issuance of absolution and the call for revenge: It’s not your fault that your unemployed son lives at home, staring at screens and getting high all day. Biden, Beijing, and Wall Street did that. We’ll settle the score somehow.

"Absolutely" In The Race: Biden Campaign Calls Malarkey On MSM Reports

Maybe if Kamala offered to pardon the entire Biden family, Joe would bow out?

Yanno, I heard over a year ago that Kamala was Obama's protege. Aside from being a part black woman, I can't imagine what he would see in her. Maybe she banged him, like she did Willie Brown?

This push to displace Biden, some say, is being driven by Obama, who engineers others to do his dirty work for him so he can keep his public persona clean.
