Just picked up the latest TVGuide with my armful of groceries. Upon getting home, I happened to glance at the letters page, and noted this week's question:

What cancelled TV show would you bring back, if you could?

I'll be the first to admit that the field is, well, ginormous, but I think we all know what franchise could use not just a mention, but some guerilla advertising as a certain movie fast approaches.

Shall we flood their inbox with a few hundred Firefly testimonials?

SMART idea, I agree, and put my full support behind you. Just tell me how to contact them and I'll send them as many enails as possible. Everyone who is a fan should email them once for themselves, and once for everone else that doesn't take the time to help.

Important people don't do field work.

I had hoped this was the streaker thread, but alas...Its not to be...

Fine...I'll just stay at work with my clothes on!

FINE!

Kaylee: "What's so damn important about being proper? It don't mean nothing out here in the black."
Simon: "It means more out here. It's all I have..."

Heh, shades of Jayne's distraction ideas in Shindig.

Upon investigation, it looks like this is a Canada-only thing. (any TVGuide-buyers stateside wanna confirm?) The Email addy is tvguideletters@tvguide.ca (the .ca means it's a Canada address).

They stress including your full name and city, and it might be wise to say "Question of the Week" in the message header so it doesn't go awry. Letters will of course be edited down to almost nothing, so don't bother going too long.

All right Canadians, get to work!

I have heard of a place where humans do battle in a ring of Jell-O.
