saw this on Yahoo, can't resist.

LONDON (AFP) - A man was rushed to hospital in Britain with severe internal injuries after trying to launch a powerful firework from his bottom, an ambulance service spokesman said.

The story went on to explain that it was in honor of Guy Fawkes Day. The victim suffered severe injuries and burns, some internal.

I do admire and respect the English, and England, and 'specially English Browncoats, but some days , I'm not so sure...

Yeah, I know. I'm just wondering how common it has to be to make a smiley worthwhile.

Kinda like that time I found out there is a Latin verb that means "to become a tree" (or "I am becoming a tree" in the first-person). Did it really happen often enough that they needed a word for it?!?

The sad (or, rather, ironic and kinda creepifyin') thing is we just studied Guy Fawkes in British Literature...

In the spirit of the Fifth of November, I copied my brother's DVD of V for Vendetta.... and it felt wonderful.

The weirdest thing about that smilie is that I found it within a few seconds of googling firework smilies. I didn't look for something with the story in mind, just a simple firework one.

Really does make you ponder...
