I'm almost 21, I guess I should be happy. This whole being an adult thing is hard -- I wish I had a gun and a cargo ship the flies places and shoot whoever gets in my way. Seems a whole lot shinier than what I've got going.

21, third year university. Which officially means this time next year I have to decide if I'm moving back to my hometown or going elsewhere. And I'll have to find a job. Which is good, because n doing so I will acquire a source of income.

Oh, yeah, and the roommate who introduced me to firefly also made me start sounding REALLY prententious when I talk. Picked up his speech patterns

24 here, out of college and curiously directionless. It seems as soon as college is done I lost my purpose.

Like to attend graduate school soon, but in which field I'm not quite sure. Either film or theatre direction, I'd like to study both but can't decide which yet.

As for those of you who are in college wondering "who's flying this thing?," wait until you get done with school. It just gets more complicated. I'll pose the question, as so many of you here seem so wisened in the ways of the world: is it normal to lose your direction after college? Or am I just lazy?
