Too many to list, so I'll stick with current shows, or old ones I watched on DVD/Streaming in the last month or two.

Current (shows that are still running, even if they aren't currently airing new episodes):

Justified
Fringe
Supernatural
Weeds
Dexter (just started this and I loooove it)
Doctor Who
Torchwood
The Walking Dead

DVD/Streaming:
The Twilight Zone
Buffy/Angel (just finished rewatching both)
Avatar: The Last Airbender
The Dresden Files

I'm about to start BBC's Luthor, MI:5 and maybe their recent Robin Hood. Might also give Stargate SG1 a try.

Castle - it just improves with each episode.
and just started : The Walking Dead which seems to be Frank Darabont's 'baby'. So far I love it and really enjoy the atmoshpere it generates. Big fan of Andrew Lincoln too.
Also just came across a show on Animal Planet called Whale Wars which I watch because it relates to a personal project I'm working on. I probably wouldn't follow it otherwise. But it has me chuckling on occasions (which it probably isn't intending to do)
Every so often I'll catch a Bones episode, but I feel this has now run it's course so not following it like I used.
Will buy Season Six of Supernatural when it's done.

I work nights, so I never see anything when broadcast. I keep up with Castle on Hulu, and I tried to watch The Cape there, but it was so bad I couldn't, even for our Summer. I try to watch Chuck there, too, but IMO, it's pretty bad also, so I only watch it sometimes.

I do watch MythBusters and Deadliest Catch on the Discovery channel, whenever I can.

Also reruns of Criminal Minds on ION TV, and How I Met Your Mother when I can catch it, usually syndicated on weekends.

Most of the TV I watch I watch on DVD because I don't have a DVR.

Castle
Deadliest Catch
Animal Cops
Justified
Dexter (I love the Dexter books, too)
Chuck
Firefly (duh)
Mad Men
Damages
Man vs Wild
Survivor Man
Jon Stewart
The Colbert Report

Sometimes I watch an episode of Hoarders just to get myself motivated to throw stuff out.

I liked Deadwood and Lost a lot. Also the Richard Sharpe series with Sean Bean. Due South was witty. Forever Knight was campy (and LaCoix was hot!).

I watched the first episode years ago, and for whatever reason, it didn't do anything for me. ut a couple weeks back, I noticed the first two seasons were up for streaming, and I decided to give it another shot. So happy I did. But maybe the third episode, I was completely hooked. Im about halfway through season 3 now.

Hard to believe the co-head writer is the woman who wrote the Twilight movies....

Awesome!! I thought I was the only person who ever heard of Due South! Hubby and I watched Forever Knight together right after we got married, I like the Dark and romantic, especially when it doesn't take itself too seriously...

Also, we both have a fetish for catching series finales, even when we don't keep up witha series...

Awesome!! I thought I was the only person who ever heard of Due South!

You are not alone I have the seasons on DVD and love this show. When Castle started airing it reminded me a lot of this show with it's style of humour but the main thing was that both shows make decent use of the non-lead characters. In Due South we had Huey, Dewey and Louie (Louis), the Lt, Ray's sister etc and they all had their moments. In Castle it is even more noticable that the other characters having their own personalities and even plots. They aren't just there to do the boring-to-watch grunt work or provide a link for the leads. In fact, I'd say that I like Ryan and Espositos banter as much as I like Castle and Becketts, maybe more.

Shows I currently watch are:

Castle
Supernatural
Smallville (may as well finish it as it's nearly done)
Fringe
Stargate: Universe (although I really don't know why I keep watching)
Hawaii Five-0
Chuck
CSI:NY (Anna Belknap is just too cute not to watch)
Big Love

Plus Burn Notice and True Blood, Doctor Who and Torchwood when they are on air.

I recently wacthed The Walking Dead which was great but not as fanastic as a friend had blown it up to be. Still good but a bit too similar to a UK show called Survivors.

And I plan on working through Dexter when time permits and may follow this up with Boardwalk Empire.

Currently re-watching on DVD:

Stargate: Atlantis
Life Unexpected
Father Ted

We are so far out on the rim we don't even have a cable provider, and I'm not a fan of dish, soo...Not having a bill is great. I made my own Over-the-air digital antenna from Maker TV website (just for fun) and it works great, except in high wind (and mostly just spring) the picture gets choppy...

Only having about a half dozen channels(though I've heard of people near towns getting more) sure cuts down on the arguing about who's gonna watch what! I get much more done during the day because I know nothing is on anyway...Also, channel surfing is a much shorter ride and we find there is much less anxiety because of it. Definitely an adjustment, esp. for hubby because he likes many entertainment options, but then I remind him he's gotta leave for work anyway and at least now he doesn't worry about missin something or setting a DVR. And when we get desperate, we will turn it off and do other things now like go for a walk or play a boardgame that we wouldn't have any other time...and the feeling of not being dependant can't be beat!

Current TV? Just CHUCK.
Castle when I can catch it (so funny).
Plan to buy Nikita as soon as DVDs come out- it totally ROCKED from the few eps I DVR'd & saw.
On DVD, Classic BSG, POTA, Trek TOS, Voyager, TNG, Dark Angel marathon once a year, oh, and two other shows on occasion, ummm... Buffit the Vanquisher and Fireflux, I think they're called-?
Need to finish: Max Headroom, Man From Atlantis.
Need to marathon soon: Brisco.

I love Castle, but regretfully, haven't followed, as it comes on too late for me to catch.

I have fallen out w/ Chuck, because it's simply gotten too ridiculous for me to follow. Still dig the show, in concept, but I just don't see it as appointment t.v.

I just watched FlashForward on Hulu. It was very good. There was very little that bothered me (mostly police tactics or a lack there-of). The plot twists worked and did not strike me as contrived.

Warning, like some other good / great shows we know of, it was cancelled after one season.
