Expired, forgotten, spoiled rotten.

Brendan Frasier or not, a movie with this synopsis doesn't stand a chance:

Quote:

The story takes place on an airplane and connects the lives of people on the plane through vignettes. Hendricks plays a wife who catches her husband in a compromising position.

I pray for one last landing,
on the globe that gave me birth.
Let me rest my eyes on the fleecy skies
and the cool, green hills of Earth.

Mmm, I already see a major plot hole developing. Namely if you are married to Christina Hendricks why the hell are you having an affair?! And who with?

"I really am ruggedly handsome, aren't I?"

Because she's been married 500 times at once and never tells you her real name, then tries to kill you and the crew.

The rest of the plot:

Select to view spoiler:

The airliner is sabotaged and hijacked by remote control, and is heading for a mysterious vortex of electrical energy. Christina Hendricks has bailed out using a hidden parachute. Hilarity ensues.

Let's hope it's Summer Glau. If a woman finds her husband in a compromising position, she should compromise

That's what a ship is, you know - it's not just a keel and a hull and a deck and sails, that's what a ship needs.

What about that convinces you it's doomed? The airplane? Separate stories? Is there any actual reasoning behind your statement?

That synopsis does sound about like EVERY airplane movie since at least The High and The Mighty. Unless there are snakes on board...

Separate stories following different people, tied together by them being on the same plane.... sounds like EVERY airplane movie?

Tell ya what - I bet if you can give me the name of one airplane movie with that set-up, I'll name 5 that are completely different.

No need to get all upset- I WAS speaking a little bit hyperbolically. However, I already mentioned The High and The Mighty. How 'bout The Crowded Sky? And Airport? And the various Airport sequels? Maybe Zero Hour?
