Maybe it's just me, but it sure feels like Brad Pitt is moving into Robert Redford territory in this stage of his career.

No it's not just you. I've been thinking this for some time now. And it's not a bad thing. Redford has a lot of respect and has made a lot of great movies in his career. Pitt is heading the same way and is one of the most consistently good actors around, even if the film doesn't live up to his acting. I've always said that if they ever remake The Sting (I hope they don't but I guess it's just a matter of time) that Pitt should play Redfords role. They both seem to have that effortless screen persona that makes it easy to watch them.
