Talk To Me's Domestic weekend is the only movie on the list that is still projections and not actual numbers, and it's after 7PM on Monday. Though TTM got a couple of bucks internationally on the-numbers.com, it's obvious it didn't get the weekend update and Bruce hasn't yet reconciled his internationals with whatever BOM has been reporting. ... Maybe tomorrow. Saturday/Sunday's Numbers (Pre-International): 1. M3GAN - 1,508% [FINAL] 2. Sound of Freedom - 1,455% (+0%) 3. Talk to Me - 1,444% (+22) 4. Super Mario Bros - 1,360% [FINAL] 5. Insidious: The Red Door - 1,163% [FINAL] SoF needs 54% to beat M3GAN. (About $8 Million) SoF is 11% above Talk To Me. -------------------------------------------------- How you do anything is how you do everything.

That's an additional $1,143,488, as opposed to the additional $4.3 Million or so at BOM for Talk To Me. BOM doesn't give us a whole lot to work with, but they did release Sep 14-17 numbers for Columbia, which was $611,764, or only a 30.9% drop after the previous weekend's 19.5% drop. It's probably well over $10 Million in Mexico at this point. Maybe in the area of $12-$13 Million.
Quote:Originally posted by JEWELSTAITEFAN: Today no changes from Bruce. BOM added Russia, and also updated UAE - with full details for the week. UAE: Larger weekly BO than last week, and largest weekday BO since it opened on 17 August. Weekend BO ranked #7 - the highest so far. Ranked #4 in $ per theater.

Their green projection numbers stay that way until then. Every week. I expect their update on Thurs or Fri.No. They don't. There's been little rhyme or reason to how Talk To Me's numbers have been reported since the beginning, sometimes not updating for at least as long as we've waited for an update from SoF right now. But any "pattern" that you think you've witnessed is just imagined here.

They are likely to be wrong. $14 M for UK $7 M for Mexico, Australia, Brazil $5 M for Peru $3 M from NZ, Colombia, Argentina These add up to $49 M. If they make half of that, plus another $4M from the rest of the world, then that would be $29M, and SoF would pass by Megan's 1505%. I am not sure about some releases. Which countries are English speaking? I'll conjure that Spanish speaking countries will get a dubbed version of the film. Some countries with other languages, I don't know if they are being dubbed, or just released as "Foreign Language" film, like in art houses. Updates from Bruce for International, plus BOM International are incomplete, missing, or conflict.

The first 2 early in the day, and Mexico sometime in afternoon or evening. Mexico actually did better than the 38% factor that Colombia did. I'll update Mexico when BOM posts the update. Nothing new today at BOM. I expect Mexico to update at BOM tomorrow, possibly late at night. Might also get all of the other Latin America countries. Some countries only update every 2 weeks. These all updated on 12 Sept.

Quote:I'm not too hopeful about figures from Brazil.
Quote:Bruce links are dead, not interactive. BOM looks pretty opaque, intermittent, even for Oppenheimer.

Quote:Originally posted by 6ixStringJack: So the international BOM total increased $3,518,249, but the only entries in the BOM tables that changed or were added total $118,233. So we've got an extra $3,400,016 added to BOM's international total that is not allocated anywhere yet. My first thought was this was possibly opening weekend money for Brazil. But I just looked at the difference between what The-Numbers had last week for Mexico vs. Bruce's update for Mexico last night, and the difference was $3,438,609. We already know from experience that it's kind of a rarity for both BOM and The-Numbers to show identical per-country numbers when they both get an update at the same time, so I think that's well within the margin of error there and it looks like BOM added Mexico's update and forgot to update the Mexico field with it.
Quote:ETA: Also looks like all of the prior weeks of data for UAE have been deleted.

Quote:None of the numbers for the 16 Latin America countries on BOM have gone up since the archive I took on the 22nd here: https://archive.ph/URMtg If you don't include Mexico's $7,477,850 they have on record, the rest of those 15 countries added up to $12,384,396. Bruce's current "Rest of World" is now $2,479,766 less than that combined total, with no country-specific spots on his table for any of them. Up until now, the-numbers and BOM were reasonably close to each other for the international totals, with BOM pulling away by close to $1.8 Million being only a recent event.

Quote:So with what I feel are my VERY CONSERVATIVE estimates that don't even include two countries we know it has been playing in for the last month, that's another additional $10.7 Million that should be grossed Internationally up through this weekend that remains unreported on BOM along with the paltry $80k or so it might make Domestic for SoF. That would be $10.8M more for SoF and $1.7M for TTM on the (Theoretical) chart for Thursday above and we'd have the following... TOTAL TTM: $ 71,215,076 TOTAL SoF: $223,629,390 Weekend (Theoretical) Post-International Numbers: 1. Talk to Me - 1,578% () 2. Sound of Freedom - 1,545% () 3. M3GAN - 1,508% [FINAL] 4. Super Mario Bros - 1,360% [FINAL] 5. Insidious: The Red Door - 1,163% [FINAL] SoF needs 34% to beat Talk To Me. (About $5 Million)
Quote:Though probably not likely, there is a small chance that at the end of this weekend with Brazil's opening weekend included, SoF could get the $17 Million that it needed if Bruce were to update absolutely everything as of Sunday night.

Quote:I said "just add half a million for all the other countries". That was another conservative lowball guess that probably isn't true, but we don't have enough data yet to know otherwise. The unexpected $90k or so from Poland helps.
Quote:Sound of Freedom is now a $230 Million movie. That's the absolute bottom going forward. This will put it up close to 1,600% with the $14.5 Million budget figure. If it somehow manages $240 Million, that would be over 1650%.

If you need a list of data from different dates, I can provide such. However, the time stamps, which seem to be critical, I might not have recorded.

This is not likely to be highly accurate, because scenes in the film actually take place in Mexico, Colombia, Honduras. As of 10 Sept, the combined Box Office of the 14 other Latin American countries was reported as $8,912,582 by BOM. At that time Mexico was $7,477,850 and Colombia was $2,507,576. In the 2 weeks since then Colombia has added another 60.0% of it's total, which would suggest 14 others would have another $5,353,348 if they followed suit. In those 2 weeks, Mexico has added another 45.47% of it's total, which would suggest 14 others would have another $4,052,357 if they followed suit. If we ever find out, I wonder how closely those will align.
Quote:Originally posted by JEWELSTAITEFAN: I think it is already another $1.213 M added since last week's totals. Not including the 2 week bump from Mexico.

Which increased it's rank to 3rd. Also had more $ per theater, still keeping it's #2 rank there. Iceland had the highest $ per theater for weekdays, of any week that we have data for. NZ increased the number of theaters. UAE still has the 5th highest $ per theater for the weekend - holding on since opening on 17 August. No changes from Bruce. I gotta say, with 1/10th the market size, Iceland is whipping a$$ on Lithuania here.
