my favorite scene in that movie is at the end when they drive the ven (sp?) away and the leader guy, as he is dying, kicks the dead enemy leader off the wall and sits down while stabbing his sword into the ground. loved it in the rain and everything.

incidentally, the opening sequence showing the arrest of the russian guy was filmed in cleveland at severance hall which is where the cleveland orchestra plays. the building is basically on the case western reserve university campus which i attended and i got to see the helicopters flying around and the guys running about on the roof when i was in college. kind of neat. they did block off part of euclid during the filming process which was kind of a pain, though.

Pretty sure that's Gladiator. Never really liked that movie, though.. I think it's because it was similar to Braveheart which had come out a few years earlier and which I thought was a lot better.
