Ok, now this is getting real spooky. :) In one of the early episodes ("D Minus Zero") I just heard Wa.. Harper say: "Ooooo, shiny!" My hand to God! May he strike me down as I'm standing here! Seriously, this is seriously weirding me out!

He probably used one of the Rommiebots (or "Marias") as a skeleton, and it's implied that Harper used Beka's DNA to create Rommie's flesh --he swiped a hair sample shortly before Rommie was activated.
