Awesome.

If you like the DC animated stuff, THIS is for you. Technically the animation is excellent, but not all that astounding. It's the story that I found fascinating. And the handling of the characters was tops. Every character had their moments, and it wasn't as messy as the Public Enemies flick.
Buy this one, believe me.
Total fun.

Glad to hear it's good, was waiting a bit before I picked it up.
Public Enemies was no good then? I was looking at that too, thinking about getting it at the same time as JL.

I bought it & watched it a few times then sold it. It was okay. Just not as good as I expected. I suggest renting it.

I'm looking forward to this - though I wish they had just gone ahead and done it as part of the JL/JLU series continuity (this movie was written to bridge the two series, but they didn't get to it then, and didn't want to tie it to the old show now).

It's mainly just a series of huge action scenes, with a small semblance of a plot, and a silly ending.

"I thoroughly disapprove of duels. If a man should challenge me, I would take him kindly and forgivingly by the hand and lead him to a quiet place and kill him."

Sonisall & I just watched Justice League: Crisis and we both gave it total thumbs us (except my Son said there were a couple of PG-13 disturbing moments).
Really, I loved it more than he did; I grew up with this stuff.
