That would explain why Shia LaBeouf is in the film...

OK Harrison Ford is looking really old...no offense or anything ( sadly this is what happens when you dump your wife and marry a stick insect)
I'm looking forward to the movie though:)

Word to that Mag. What is it about these Hollywood actors who after they hit it big after a while dump the person who was behind them through thick and thin just to jump on the nearest young set of bones (and I do mean bones) But enough ranting.

I think they waited too long, but if they play this as his last harrah, and years after the last movie and not right after, it may work. But does Harrison have the energy to do such a physical role? I guesse we'll see. I'll see the movie, have to know what these three can come up with after all this time.

Oh I'm very much looking forward to this. I don't see what all the concern is over Harrison Ford and his age. Look at Connery he's done action in his later years. This is cinema, it is all an illusion and this project is in the hands of perhaps the greatest cinematic conjurers working at present, perhaps ever.

Indiana Jones... Just the name alone raises the hairs.

I don't think the age thing will be an issue. I guarantee they'll use it as a plot point and a focus for some of the humour. I can see Shia LeBouf's character playing on it a lot.

Stick insect. I always thought she was a lollipop head.

Yes, but the difference is Connery aged very well and still looks quite the handsome rogue. Harrison.... he could pass as Connery's father. Harsh but there ya go.

So people age differently. Doesn't mean Harrison shouldn't be doing the role or that he is any less able to do the role... In fact I think it refreshing that they are sticking with Harrison irrespective of his age and look. Films need do this more often, especially with female actors, who once they pass thirty seem to vanish into obscurity, until they have aged enough to play some new models mum or aunt.

Also really happy to see Karen Allen. She was great as Marion. Much happier to watch her add depth and character, than some younger actress stand around like window dressing.

Well, remember that Indy is immortal now (though, as we saw way back in Young Indiana Jones, not ageless). Dealing with aging is something he will definitely need to learn how to deal with.

And I for one will be there opening weekend. And will buy the soundtrack on sight, even if Williams just cut'n'pastes the Raiders score. I love that theme music.

Now who said he shouldn't do the role? I just wondered if he was up to the pysical challenges. I never once said they should replace him. I just mentioned that Connery aged better than Harrison is all. I never said I wouldn't see this movie or I'm upset they're not getting a younger actor to play Indie. It wouldn't be right, I'm well aware of that.

AURAPTOR

America loves a winner!

Got actual goosebumps watching the Comic-Con vid.

I've always held a torch for Karen Allen. Lovely, sexy, smart, ....*sigh* Whatta gal!

(Sorry Chris, but I'm a fan of this as well. Hope that doesn't spoil your day )

People love a happy ending. So every episode, I will explain once again that I don't like people. And then Mal will shoot someone. Someone we like. And their puppy. - Joss

What can I say? You've got great taste in entertainment.
I've liked Karen Allen since The Wanderers. And I sorely missed her in Last Crusade...looks like they're making up for it, though.

Got lost in his own museum Chrisisall

KAYNA

I love my captain

Well, I love the existing Indi movies (slightly less love on Temple of Doom) but I have doubts as to the sanity of George Lucas and was anyone really begging for a fourth movie? At least Lucas never directed on the Indi films, and the addition of Marion does give me hope. She was always the best of his love interests. I always wanted to know what happened to her.
