Sookie (talking about infiltrating a group that might have been responsible for kidnapping a powerful vampire): Don't worry I'll be in and out. Easy Peasy.

If in the next episode she complains about it never going smooth we'll know for sure.

There's no place I can be since I found Serenity.

Easy-Peasy is a very common phrase, so I don't think you can associate every use of it as a reference to Firefly. I think it was even used in tonight's Warehouse 13, which has a closer connection to Firefly, having been co-created by Jane Espenson.

And speaking of W13 and Firefly shout-outs, how about when Myka tries to use the Tesla gun a second time but it fails, and she looks down to see the "low battery" signal. If that wasn't a shout-out to "Heart of Gold" I'd be very surprised.

RIPWASH

I kind of doubt it. The joke with the Tesla gun is that it is an electric stun gun. And from what I've seen so far, it only shoots once effectively and then fizzles out anyway (possibly needs time to "recharge"?).

"It's okay! I'm a leaf on the wind!!!"
"What does that mean?!?!?!"

It was the combination of "be in and out" with "easy-peasy" that made it seem a little more to me. But yeah could just have been a coincidence.

True, our minds have been opened up to a beautiful new world of colorful quipy language. I pity those who have not yet heard the good news of Serenity.

Bruce Campbell said "easy peasy" in last night's Burn Notice, and I know I heard it long before Firefly. The Urban Dictionary says it originated in the U.K. with the phrase, "Easy Peasy, Lemon Squeezy."
