I think the whole Leno thing is a big mistake on their part. They're really crippling themselves with that move.

I agree. The Leno issue will bury NBC if they can't find a way out of it easily. He's taken advantage of an already struggling network. I'd compare it to a drowning man pulling down a sinking dinghy.
