Likes to mess with stuffs.

What do you think? The trailer pretty much summarized the origin story of Green Lantern. And for those of us who are familiar with the story, we sort of know where it's all headed. It really then comes down to whether or not we like Ryan Reynolds in the role of Hal Jordan. Honest answer, would Nathan Fillion have been better?

My take is; You will like Ryan Reynolds! We have spoken! So I guess I like Reynolds? He worked with the Captian in "Two Guys a Girl and a Pizza Place". Atleast this isn't a reboot.

I don't know anything about the comics or the backstory so I'm going in cold on this one but the movie looks like a CGI fest. I hope there's some semblance of a plot in there and not just the typical Hollywood scenes of poor exposition stuck in between green screen action.
Not sure about this one but I'll keep an eye on it.

Truth be told, it's hard to tell if a movie will be any good from a trailer these days. I can site many examples, but, having said that, this looks good. Ryan Reynolds is likeable enough (Two Guys, A Girl and Pizza), and has keen comic timing and now has some star power (BTW watched a movie called Paper Man, he was quote good in it).

There will be a glut of comic-type heros coming out with movies this summer so this better be good if WB wants to make money. Why couldn't they give Joss some money to make Serenity 2?

One other superhero movie that has good-looking trailers is Thor. Just thought I'd put that out there.

This looks 10 times better than the other trailer. I want to see it though I still am not a fan of the CGI mask on his face...
