We're talking about extras and commentary and all that good stuff. December/Holiday release was mentioned. I'll keep you updated. (BTW -- a flood of "postcards" was mentioned. The seasonal arc, according to Tim, was supposed to start with episode 5 and go through 13 (the last episode). So we never got to see ANY of the season long story.

The concept really had a lot in common with "Joan of Arcadia", except that, instead of getting messages from God (like Joan), Jaye (the main character), got her messages from various wax, plastic, metal, or whatever animal figurines. Both Joan and Jaye get cryptic messages telling them to do something that doesn't make any sense to them (and that they generally don't want to do). But by the end of each episode, the purpose of the message becomes clear and usually ends up in some good deed being done and some enlightenment being visited upon the main character.

The main difference between the shows is that Wonderfalls is FUNNY. Basically, to understand what Wonderfalls is like, think of "Joan of Arcadia" and then add Tim Minear's sense of humor to it.

That's my "short" description. I'm sure other fans could probably add to that. Wonderfalls is definitely a more complex show than "Joan", so I'm sure other fans may have gotten other things out of it.
