Yes, for those reveling in the beauty of the Man Bun, there is certainly nowhere a greater proliferation of these Nancy Boys than AquaMan.

There is a coda, after the Star Credits and before the full Credit Roll.

I thought Aquaman was gay even when I was a little kid.

Now they turned him into Magic Mike and now gayness seems to be one of his super powers.

I never got into Aquaman as much as Batman, maybe that was why. And I was a really good swimmer.

Well... to be fair to Aquaman, almost none of the super hero costumes from the 80's and 90's would have looked very good on any medium outside of comics/cartoons.

I don't remember much of the few X-Men movies I saw, but this scene gave me a good laugh and always stuck with me.

Before going to this, I didn't really know who was in the cast besides Jason.

So when watching, I was a little struck by something.
I have heard Willem Dafoe has a very high IQ.
Nicole Kidman has an IQ listed as 142 - above genius level.
Dolph Lundgren is one of the smartest guys in Hollywood, with an IQ listed as 166.

I don't recall a film with so many genius cast members before, just tards pretending.

Jason lets his mane fly most of the time, so I guess it's William Dafoe you're referencing ?

Not a fan of the top knots, but hell, didn't seem to be much of an issue w/ this flick.

It was pretty good.

An interesting observation about the smart actors. Most aren't too bright, and to have so many in a sci-fi movie, or any movie, not too shabby. I guess.

If, at the end of the day, the only thing one could really critisize about this movie was the guys hairstyle then I would call that a HUGE success for the fledgling DC Universe.

Who's going to tell the dude playing Aquaman that his manbun looks stupid? I'm certainly not the guy.

It's kind of like Jayne and his hat: “A man walks down the street in that hat, people know he's not afraid of anything.”

Outside of this movie, I've only ever seen pictures of scrawny idiots wearing this hairstyle and I've never seen it in real life. I'd imagine that they must live in very "progressive" areas, since the ones wearing it would probably get beat up or at least be ridiculed and never do it again.

But who am I to judge? I was rocking a "rat tail" while wearing my $80 Z. Cavarici parachute pants for about 6 months in 7th or 8th grade. And at 74 lbs, I was one of the scrawny idiots back then.

Adjusted for inflation, those pants would probably be over $200 today. I buy all of my jeans at Goodwill now and I don't think I've spent $80 on pants in the last 5 years.

Jason was in Atlantis, later with Jewel. Since then, he's been pretty much the same character in every movie. Was a bit more menacing while on GoT, but he's in his wheel house w/ Aquaman.

Check out Frontier, if ya wanna see more. No man bun in that, I don't think,.

I think Jason was the only male not with Manbun, maybe Dolph too. I think all the females had long flowing tresses.

Yeah, I was half expecting James Woods or Mira Sorvino to pop up somewhere.

I see Manbuns often IRW on Nancy Boys, just figured they were everywhere.
I had hair longer than enough that I would usually be sitting on it. It could ponytail but never would have been a Manbun.

For Jason, he seems the same in Bad Batch, but I do not recommend that movie to anyone. Only if you need Jason eye candy.
I hope he's not doing juice - he was a bit more scrawny as a model.

Speaking of dumb actors, I heard a great explanation as to why they feel the need to engage themselves in bigger causes which otherwise they'd not even have a clue about... every actor knows there is another , possibly several , who are every bit as good as they are , even better, but never got their big break in the business. They're friends w/these people, and while they live in mansions and stay in 5 star hotels, their less fortunate actor buddies are living off ramen noodles and shuffling plates in restaurants, working for bit parts when ever possible, and living most of their careers on way off Broadway stages or small time community theatre.

It's freaking guilt, and of course, their agents tell them it'll play well among the movers and shakers in the business.

Thought that was pretty spot on.

Being anything other than a bleeding heart Liberal is a death sentence to your political career in Hollywood these days unless you're very established. This comes up somewhat frequently on the Joe Rogan podcast.

I did forget to mention that they did at least get the location of Atlantis in the right Ocean, sort of, with a modern day twist of meaning.
I was a little relieved at that.

Interesting. Richat structure in Mauritania.

I think I had forgotten the time frame of the demise of Atlantis.
11,600 years ago. I had the range, but the numbers escaped me.

Do you know the name of open water labeled on all sea-going maps which Columbus used?

Interesting, as the timeline syncs near close enough to the impact crater found in Greenland, approx. 12,000 years ago

Full confession, I happened to find this guy's videos, on the impact crater, and instead he connected dots to lost civilizations, the DNA bottleneck of humanity, as well as the mass extinction of large mammals in N. America.

The older I get, the more I read and study, the more convinced I've become that some mass calamity devastated humans and played a part in the loss of really advanced civilizations.

Like the city of Petra. I've known of the one main 'treasure room ' , carved out of the living rock, but didn't know the extent of the whole city, nor the other structures. Same guy who did the Atlantis video has one on Petra. I find it astounding that this stuff was built, much like the Great Pyramids, and we really don't know how, why or by whom.

Have you been paying attention to all of the lost/abandon Port and Harbor Cities? None of them at current sea level, either far below or above?

Looks like another Manbun Movie is coming.

Jason again in See, which seems to be on land this time. I think on USA network.

I don't recall Achilles (Pitt), William Wallace (Gibson), Highlander (Lambert), Adonis, Conan nor anybody in LotR having manbuns.
