I remember Hemsworth talking about it around the same time Beyond came out.
Tarantino was a few months ago or so and IIRC he was pushing for an R rating.

Oh, you mean ST Beyond? That was #3 of the reboot, right?


If George Kirk returns, that kinda sounds like a departure from copying the installments of the original sequence of films.
Or maybe a different version of The Voyage Home.

I do recommend the first reboot, from 2009. With Chris Hemsworth, Jennifer Morrison as James Kirk's parents. Whether you see any others, it was one of the best of the past decade.

I actually did watch that one and I enjoyed it. I started the second one at some point, fell asleep in the middle of it and never finished it.
