I think Solo deserves at least Production credits.

A Quiet Place for acting and script.
Female acting must include Widows.
Tomb Raider for Stunts
Ready Player One for Effects
Red Sparrow for script

Now in the Holiday Season, there are a plethora of Holiday TV Movies on broadcast, similar to the Hallmark Films of long ago.

Although the stories can be quite formulaic and predictable, the production values seem quite outstanding. Cinematography, sound, editing, transition and segue - these facets are so well done that many films in cinema release cannot rise to the same standard.

This is another reason I feel that excellence in filmmaking should be considered, identified, and recognized.

A Quiet Place for directing, acting, original screenplay (acting: Emily of course, the young actress Millicent)

Green Book for screenplay, acting, directing (acting: Viggo Mortensen, Mahershala Ali)

A Star is Born for directing, adapted screenplay, acting. Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper for acting, Cooper for directing.

Alpha - for special affects

Mission Impossible - editing, sound affects

Sicario 2 - acting, directing, screenplay - of course Benicio del Toro for the lead role, but also Josh Brolin for supporting actor, for Best Director Stefano Sollima (I never heard of him, but he did a fantastic job of telling this story. As good, if not better, than the first movie).
And for Best Screenplay - you should be happy to hear, Taylor Sheridan.
