BIGRICHARD

Hi there.
I don't know if any of you still remember me, I used to haunt this place a bit, chucking in my two cents here and there.

Well, I'm working on a TV show, called Fudge It!
I co-created/co-wrote it with my friend, and we've since got a much larger group working on it, and some very talented people. At the moment, we're preparing to take it to a Film Market in Cannes. For this, we're raising money to get the show the attention it deserves, and we're hoping that anyone and everyone will see in it what we love about it.

"Evelyn is your average girl next door. She likes walks on the beach, puppies and eggs sunny-side up on a Sunday morning. She lets her boyfriend beat her at sports, loves re-runs of The Muppet Show and performed her first perfect kill at 15.

Ok, so Evelyn 'Fudge' Wright is more your average girl next door assassin. She's been trained for one thing her entire life; killing for money. And she's very, very good at it. But when the Global Recession hits, Fudge begins to doubt herself for the first time ever, as her job becomes about killing your average, scared of the dark, suburban folks instead of your average lurk in the dark, bad guys."

You get the idea.
We've just released the first of our Fudge Bites, little standalone clips to help promote things, and we're hard at work on more.

I'm not looking for people to explain how difficult it's going to be. We know. But we've got to try. And we're doing every little thing in our power to make this work. And that includes using any and all people we ever knew to try and help us.

So, if you'd like to know more, you can take a look at our website at http://www.fudgeittv.com
Alternatively, we have a Pozible fundraiser going (Australian equivalent of Kickstarter) at http://fudgeittv.pozible.com

You'll find info about the project, perks you can get for donating, and even a video featuring my face. And other faces. But I'm in there.

So, my friends, help us make TV that's better than your regular fare, with humour, action and drama. That has a great ongoing storyline, and characters that you care about.
Help us make Fudge It.

Please?

Howdy BR….

Yeah, GS the werewolf film. But it’s a three part mini series. Cleverly done, about two sisters that have this sibling love/hate thing going on. They care for one another but want to live their own lives, yet their trust of the human world around them leaves them thinking that they have only each other to rely on.

“ Sisters Forever”

Anyway, it’s a good mini-series that I happened to catch one day, and I thought it was indulging an interesting. It dips down into the deep places (such as ei..River’s mind) and explores ideas that are fresh yet as old as the hills. The actresses that play the characters are excellent, and bring a lot of feeling to their roles. I would have liked for there to have been more…….

Anyhoo, if EW “Fudge” is like that then I can say that it should be a success. I am curious.

Hi Big Richard.

Yup I remember you. Just checked out your vimeo clip. Looks interesting. The design is very nice. The graphic is bang on! Thereafter everything else looks about right. I'm suitably intrigued with your show. I really hope you find some funding. Your production looks energetic and fun and you obviously have a passionate team of people on board.

All the best and hang in there.
