Christopher Eccleston — the original Dr. Who from the current Sci Fi/BBC series — is joining the cast in January in a really super (tee-hee) role. Speaking of cool casting, wait until you see who's ******* ****'s ****. You're going to flip.

Fantastic!

Maybe he can give Hiro some pointers on time-travel. . .

FABTASTIC!!!

Eccelston was excellent as the NINTH Doctor (the original was William Harnell in 1963), and everyone was gutted when he left.

Good on ya Chris!! ALthough, no doubt there will be SOME refrence to his previous job

Now if only we could get Heroes in the UK (BTW: Gina Torres new show started on Sky One here, so theres one good thing).

Woman, you are completely off your nut.

That is just awesome! I love Heroes and Christopher Eccelston so this is gonna be a real treat. Miss him as The Doctor. Nice, now something to look forward to. Thanks for posting this.

Wow. Was not expecting this. In fact, if you gave a list of all current US shows and asked which one Christopher Eccleston was going to appear in, Heroes would be somewhere between Gilmore girls and Dancing with the Stars in my list.
