I apologize - it's my first post and I wasn't sure how long to make it. There really isn't a good break in the story. One shot set after Serenity, so beware of spoilers (but only a few). Disclaimer - I don't own Jayne, but wish I did. PG for references to gore and mild language. This idea came to me last night after hearing the song "Behind Blue Eyes" by The Who (even though the version I heard was by Limp Bizkit). I wrote the story today while bored at work.
