Basically that was the whole film but it started off with him killing an older couple and setting their house on fire. He followed the female character to a gas station and stole her phone then went and killed her lawyer at a coffee shop. Almost killed a hair dressing client of hers then decided on her son.

For me, what I get is an opportunity to see different types of organization, to try and figure out what appeals to me visually. As another example of how I organize, each of my projects' materials goes into their own bin.

I got some of the idea I think from Signy.

Oh. It was a good one. Early-ish Denzel Washington flick, and I believe it was Russel Crowe's first movie.

I'm not ashamed to admit it, seeing Crowe in that flick made me question my own sexuality at a young age. At one point (he is an A.I. Construct that comes to life), when he first sees what he looks like and says "I'm beautiful", I wasn't in any position to disagree.

2 more hours of outside work there. And all that rain didn't help at all with the humidity either. At least the clouds were blocking the sun out, but today is one of those rare days where I need to take a 2nd shower.

I'd been getting a little and sucking them up every time I mowed the last month, but this was crazy. This bark was from all the limbs, but my neighbor says that the entire trunk will shed too and the tree will basically be white for a while when that happens.

He and I cleaned up the entire last third of the block before the sun went down. I said "storm? what storm?"

I don't usually have any plan in mind for outdoor work except not to do any at all if it's over 100 degrees. I don't mind sweating.

But I didn't sleep well at all the night before and already had a sunburn from the day before (hand lotion keeps your skin from shedding... who knew?).

I just wanted to get my yard work done and take a shower so I could run my errands and call it a day. I actually didn't sweat that much in my non-A/C ride between stores. But then that happened and I had to take a 2nd shower.

Why are the doors blocked with wood? Doesn't want to advertise what he's got in there? I don't block off my doors, but I won't open the garage more than a crack when I'm working in there just for some minimal air-flow myself, so I can sympathize.

One of these days I'd love to have a moderate amount of climate control in my garage.

Unexpected, unpredicted RAIN! In late July!

I wouldn't have expected it. Yesterday started out with quite a bit of stratus cloud cover and cooler temps (low 80s), and wound up even cooler with less cloud cover and a bit of a breeze, so I thought ... well, there must have been a mild cool front passing thru, the fun is done and now we're on the backside and can expect a warming back up to what it was before. Rain was the last thing on my mind.

Well, it tells me I picked the right day to water. One thing about CA natives ... COOL and damp, they can do. Hot and DRY, they can do. But they don't like water when the soil temperature is above 80, so I pick the coolest day of the week for the once-a-month watering, and water at night. Clearly, this was the coolest day of the MONTH, and the water came naturally, adding to whatever I had irrigated and driving moisture even further down into the soil. Plus, it washed dust off all of the leaves.
